I was looking at some of the TDEE calculators and was just wondering if I really have my activity levels set correctly. I am a SAHM so I am on my feet most of the day cleaning and playing with the kids but there are some days that are just lazier days. I work out 30 minutes I day with Jillian Michael Body Revolution or a run six days a week. I have myself set on MFP as lightly active. This gives me a net of 1200 calories to lose 1.3 lbs a week right now.

I have read on here about eating more to lose more and I have been successful with my setting so far but I am thinking of the end game and maintaining. I looked up my goal weight and saw that I should be able to eat about 1600 while maintaining which is totally doable but I wonder if my body with gain just from the shock of going up to that many calories even with a gradual increase.
