Weight issues...

I just started using the app again. In the first week I dropped 4 lbs! It was awesome to lose so much that quick to get rid of my holiday weight. Now to the issue I cannot figure out. After all that last week...and not changing a thing, I have only lost .5 lbs this week. I cannot understand why it is such a huge difference? I am suggested to eat 1200 calories a day, and I'm usually within 30-50 calories away from it either way. I have been exercising twice a week, for over an hour. Can someone please help figure out what I need to do to get out of what seems to be my bodies comfort weight?!?!
