but I did it!! put on the wii active, and couldnt be bothered after 2 mins, put on the wii sports, had one game of tennis then got bored, cals burned 12!! put on wii shape, only used this once previously and I DID it! 30 mins of jumping jacks and grapevine and side steps and earnt 275 cals!!! yay go me!! now all I got to do is keep it up!! :bigsmile:

    It IS hard to find a system of exercise which you don't find tedious.
    But pushing yourself through something you may not enjoy is part of the discipline of weight loss....

    Lifestyle fitness is the key....
    Take stairs instead of lifts/escalators.
    Get up to change tv channels.
    Don't lean on things when stood up.
    Walk as often as possible instead of driving.

    You can do it!! :)

    Haha yeah this one's extreme, but then if you're chasing cals...
