How many calories?

Alright, I'm 18 Years old, 5'4, 125 lbs. I have a goal of reaching 115 lbs within the next couple months, if not sooner. I purchased a treadmill today and I plan on running 3-5 times a week for 25-30 mins. On days that I do run, I plan on eating 1400 calories, then burn off about 200 on the tread. On days that I don't run, should I consume less than 1400 calories or eat the same amount every day?
