After years of running marathons and doing triathlons I have been plagued by injuries and am unable to exercise much anymore so I have gained 10 pounds that I want to get rid of before it becomes 20.

    you can join the group "Starting a Challenge~~do you want to take this step with me" We just weighed in monday and logged measurements. We will do it every Monday for a month.
