I just lost 20 lbs and I need to stay at my current weight. Any support or advise?

That is the hard part. You have to gradually increase your calorie intake until you stop loosing. It took me about 6 weeks to find the right number. Your weight will also vary based on sodium intake, so don't freak out if you suddenly gain 2 or 3 pounds in a day or two. It will balance out.0

Gradually increase your calorie allowance and also allow yourself a weight range for maintenance to cater for natural weight fluctuations.
The only other thing I would suggest is setting yourself some new (non-weight related) goals.
Worthwhile having a read of some posts in the "Goal:Maintaining Weight" forum.
Congrats on your success. :flowerforyou:0 -
The scale can easily vary up to 5 pounds in one day. Keep an eye on your measurements and that will give you a more accurate idea of where you stand.
When I set myself at maintnance I was still losing weight. MFP works with an average so you may have to tweak the numbers a little bit to find where you need to be.
Keep exercising. It is easy to maintain just by staying under your calories but you start to lose out not using those muscles.0
