pesky food allergies

Hi everyone,
I have just started my diet but I am really struggling to find healthy food that I can eat because I am allergic to fruit and nuts. I can eat oranges, grapefruit and bananas and no nuts. I generally have a healthy diet anyway but would normally snack on biscuits. I have just been diagnosed with a hiatus hernia, which is aggravated by wheat so I have had practically cut out all bread and I now only eat about one slice a week. I am really struggling to eat enough now that I have cut out all the bad (nice) stuff. I would normally have porridge with half a grapefruit for breakfast, a whole can of soup for lunch with carrots sticks and an orange and a balanced dinner with rice, potatoes or pasta with lean meat and veg for dinner but I'm not reaching my target of 1200 calories a day and when I add my daily exercise I'm ending up with 4 to 500 calories left over at the end of the day and the app keeps saying that I'm in starvation mode. I know that I will not lose the 22lb that I want to lose. Does anyone have any ideas of other snacks that I can eat that will not kill me or make me fat (sorry fatter). looking forward to your ideas
