NSV's!! Who's got one this week?

My non-scale victory is hitting 200# on leg press yesterday on my legs day.

It's more profound to me since I wrenched my knee in the beginning of the week running and didn't even know IF I could handle legs this week so to increase weight (and without pain) is huge. I'm at 1/3 my goal of breaking my personal best right now so there is some motivation going seeing forward momentum.

Who else has something!??!

Well done on the leg press :)

Mine is I've twice broken my 1mile & 5k PBs on the treadmill doing wind up runs this week. I just hope I can do it outside at this Saturday's Park Run!

Although my weight went up a bit (probably because I'm hitting the weights regularly for the first time in a few months), I have been feeling stronger on my usual setting on the pull up machine, and my arms look ripped when I do it. :)

I have walked at or over (mainly) 10k in steps (using Jawbone UP). AND I have been doing the C25k and when I run I am able to keep a 6.0 mph pace. OH, and yeah, I jogged 5.0 mph straight for 5 mins, no problem. Probably would have gone longer if time was available. Woot!

    Awesome NSV everyone!

I was singing and dancing while making dinner last night. I was excited to be eating healthy, yet fufilling food.

I haven't caught myself doing that in years :)
