So...what would you change about my diet/nutrition?

Pretty sure that most of us think our diets/nutrition is good (otherwise why would we be eating like that) but when you look at some others diet/nutrition you gotta wonder "what are they thinking". So..............................what would you change about my diet/nutrition and why?

Depence on what is your goal - to lose weight or maintain. I'm not an expert, but only at looking in your diary, maybe you could try to cut down the carbs and increase your protein and fiber.

I would buy a food scale and start measuring portions to know for sure.

as for nutrion I see lots of protien which is what helps keep you fuller longer...along with fiber.

Based on the fact you only have 3lbs to lose you seem to be eating and exercising enough.

You'll get all sorts of responses, based of people's bias. Just eat the foods you enjoy, be accurate on portion sizes and stay within your calorie allotments. Simple as that for weight loss and also maintenance

eta: I think your diary looks pretty darn good!

I do use a scale and weigh pretty much all my food (that isn't already in serving sizes - like the banana).
I gotta admit that I didn't understand the person who said to up my fiber -- my 7 day average is 26 grams/day and my 14 day average is 33 grams/day.
I can kinda understand the lowering my carb thing. Had a hard time getting back into the swing of things after the holidays - though this past week has been better. My question would be -- how do I lower my carbs when the majority of my carbs come from beans, dairy, fruits, and vegetables? I pretty much only have 1 serving of bread product a day and maybe only have a serving of pasta, rice, or potatoes a couple times a week.

I would ignore the carb advice…carbs do not make you gain or lose weight; eating more than you burn makes you gain weight; eating less than you burn makes you lose weight…

set your macros to 40p/30c/30f and keep doing what you are doing….
