Losing 2lbs per week?

- some background: I am 30lbs fat overweight. I do progressive calisthenics (diamond push-ups, pike push-ups, inverted rows, band assisted chin-ups and puistol squats to a low seat) to maintain muscle mass while I lose weight and not looking to put mass on - not in my interest. My main focus is a 75 minute Ashtanga Yoga routine daily for which I eat back 350 calories. I don't fuel the calisthenics - don't feel the need to.
I am sick of watching the scales for that 1lb I may take off each week and am considering ramping up the process by increasing my weight loss each week to 2lbs per week.
My question then - would it be sensible/acheivable to lose 2lbs fat per week with 30lbs to go, or do I need to exercise some patience?
edit: losing 30lbs would bring me down to 140lbs at 5'3" and not muscular but focussed on high strength to weight ratio.

Considering you dont got that much to lose. 1 lb should be just fine...just "exercise" some patience0

So long as you eat at the appropriate deficit you should be good. At lower weights its harder to drop multiple pounds a week.0

if you are 30lbs overweight I think you will be okay to lose 2lbs a week for a little bit0

exercise some patience... 1lb per week is a good rate of loss.0 -

no...it is recomened that 100lbs over 2lbs a week is reasonable, 50-100 1.5lbs a week, 25-50 1lb a week anything less then 25lbs .5lb a week.0 -
