lower obliques?

ok question, if anyone can pin point specific exercises that help this area? When i did clx my the end i had lower obliques showing nicely and kept it after when i did t25. Then i went back to clx and i find now even though i am starting the lean phase of it, my lower obliques arn't there like they used to be. It's still nice on the top but my lower seems to have disappeared and i am just thicker in that spot? wondering if anyone can tell me specific exercises that target that area and if there was one maybe i was doing "better" then , then i am now with those programs ? I want them back!! lol
