Quick newbie question guys n girls

Hi bit of a silly question i think but need to.clarify if anyone can.help.me.

my calorie intake says i can have 1590 a day to reach.my goal but goes up with exercise. for example i burned over 800 today so.my goal went to 2300 does this mean i cann eat 2300 calories today and will lose weight still? advice would.be greatly apreciated

    Yes, the initial figure that MFP gives you has a built in deficit for losing weight. Therefore if you exercise you can eat the additional and still lose weight.

    However, just be aware of how your measuring how much you burn. I find the values in MFP very high and compared to my heart rate monitor totally incorrect.

    If you're just going off the figures for calories burnt by exercise from MFP or off the gym machines maybe only eat back 50% or so until you see what the scales are doing.
