Hi I have 70lbs to lose my goal for 2014 is to lose 50lbs
In 2012 I lost 71lbs but I exercised alot, sadly I tore my calve muscle really badly in September so I gained 36lbs :(
Along with not being able to exercise I feel really unhealthy
I restarted MFP last week but its my calorie intake I struggle with Ive worked out my TDEE and my BMR Ive worked it out on seditary and when I exercise I add it to my diary on here.

So I am on 1544 calories and if I exercise I sometimes eat them back
Money is tight I have a family to support being newly self employed I also have IBS D so cant eat big portions of vegetables and only 1 or 2 pieces of fruit a day so how do I fill up on foods that are low in calories?

Im female 44 I was 206lbs yesterday and Im 5ft 2 Id like to be 136lbs

Just wondered if Im doing this right to lose 1-2lbs most weeks?

Thanks x

I'm 5'2, SW 180, CW 172, GW 140.... I set MFP to 1500 calories per day and I dont eat back exercise calories (unless I'm hungry... then I do). I lift 3x/week and get cardio maybe 1x/week on the weekends if the weather is nice. I work in an office so I'm very sedetary. I'm currently losing .6-1lb/week. My fitbit has me burning between 1800-2100 calories/day.

That's just me... and what I'm doing seems to be working. I eat pretty much what I want but I have cut out fast food, soda, processed (boxed/frozen meals) foods, store bought juices... I drink mostly water with a little mio everyday. I also cut back processed carbs (bread, pasta) and potatoes/rice to once/day only.

Feel free to add me and good luck!
