Getting back on the wagon again...

Hi! I'm B., 23 years old from the UK, and I'm just getting back into fitness and healthy eating after a month and a half of craziness, no MFP and no workouts. :(

My exercise of choice is outdoor running and resistance training (on machines) in the gym, but I'm pretty new to both so always looking for advice from those who know better! My goals are to lose a stone to start with (to get down to 10st), get stronger and improve my overall fitness. I also have some issues with binge eating so I'm trying to be more honest with myself and create a healthier relationship with food (so it's not taking up 70% of my brainpower anymore). I really, really want to do it this time and I'm hoping that talking to other people trying to do the same will help! :)
