Baked Potatoes

Question...when you measure a baked potato, do you measure it cooked or raw? There is a large oz difference...thanks!

Raw, generally. Here is a link to the USDA's official database information for regular raw potatos (whole, including skin):

Their database is sometimes useful to determine whether or not the information in MFP's database is accurate.0 -
I usually measure raw. If someone else has cooked it before I get a chance, I just measure and log it cooked. Use the entries in MFP without asterisks for the USDA data. I use "Potato - Flesh and skin, raw" or "Potatoes - White, flesh and skin, baked".0
