Hello -

Can someone help me with what could help me loose weight with changing/balancing? I really know nothing about this part of my diet yet besides i need like 50g of protein a day.

This was yesterday.....

cals - 1211

fat -36

sodium - 3.232

carbs - 239

sugar - 82G

protein - 73
