Hi! I'm James and I'm new to the site. Just looking to introduce myself and maybe make a few friends here.

Currently looking to lose about 20 lbs. I'm sitting at 200 lbs at the moment, up from 185 a couple of months ago.

I found this site from my fitness coach. She stressed the importance of daily accountability to myself and said this was a great way to achieve that. Looking forward to meeting new people and being supportive of other's goals as well as my own.
