Which fitness DVD?

Hey y'all!!! Im a runner, but need to add some "tone" to my workouts!!!

Ive never been a DVD workout kind of girl.. But Ive got a little one at home, so going to the gym isn't too easy for me.... Especially in between my running... Im training for a half marathon, my first :)

So what workout DVD's do you like? Ive heard the big names like Insanity, P90x, T25 but I know nothing, absolutely nothing, about any of them!!

My main focus is to tone!!!! The weight loss I get from running.. So tone and strength train is what Im looking for!!

    If you're looking for a good workout to compliment your running, I'd suggest Insanity. Part of the reason why it was created was for a cross-training tool for runners and would definitely help you to tone up on your non-running days. It's definitely a challenge (it's the most aptly named program on the planet) but is incredibly effective.

    From personal experience, I was in my best running shape when I was also doing Insanity!
