Broiled Salmon with Sherry Butter Marinade

Here's another of my favorites:

a salmon filet
T of butter melted
2T dry cooking sherry
1T soy sauce
sesame seeds

Marinate your salmon with this mixture for a few minutes and broil it under the broiler until it flakes apart. Half way through, sprinkle sesame seeds on it (optional). I usually use this amount of marinade for several filets by using a basting brush. The little amount of butter browns the salmon wonderfully. If you have any marinade left, brush more on while it's broiling.

I have this with salad and fresh blackberries.

    OMG, I have salmon thawing for dinner tomorrow!!! But I am out of sesame seeds. Humm, what to do???

    Leave them off. I only put them on when I remember.
