WOW...I would have a hard time if I started off that high. I'd be starving later that night and have no calories left to eat.

I would feel like a slug if I ate like that. I eat 5 to 7 times a day. Definitely 6 times when I plan to run. I probably have 750 or so calories before lunch but that is between a pre-run snack, breakfast and a morning snack 2 hours later then I will have between 350 and 450 for lunch just to finish up with 600 to 800 between the afternoon snack and dinner which all depends on my workout efforts for that day.

By keeping my metabolism up allows me to lose weight efficiently while keeping a energy level to support my active life style.
  • Me neither! I don't have one meal that is that many calorie usually lol I might break 500 but not very often and not for breakfast unless I am actually doing a brunch.

700 Calories without exercise that would be over 50% of all my food for the whole day. I would never put my will power to that kind of test. I suppose if you're a guy and you get 1800 calories 700 for breakfast might work out okay. I do try to do 375ish for breakfast but that includes my whole milk in my coffee. A trade off I'm willing to make.
