A new mexican here

Hello everyone. I'm a 28 years young mexican, married, living in Italy.
Height 1.66m and 55kgs.

After a long time of being carefree, eating tons of carbs, sugar, basically crap food, and of course gaining a lot of weight and practically deforming my body my hubby and I decided that we want a healthy lifestyle. Eat the best we can, avoid alcohol as much as possible, workout 5 times a week, sleep 6-8hrs every night and have the best attidude.

2 weeks so far, so good.
We are into Shaun T's workout T25

Actually, I don't want to lose a lot of weight, I wouldn't mind be in 55kgs but if they were muscles instead of all that fat. i want a lean body, squats and nice abs.

    Hola MyChocolateDiet, i really don't want to lose a lot of weight, I see it as a goal if I make it to 51kgs, right now I'm 55.5. But I wouldn't mind if I'm 55kgs but with a lean and well sculpted body.

    Italy is great, specially the food, wine, pastry, and coffee, that's why is not an easy job to be in shape.

    I've been in Europe for over 20 years (keeping it in English if not the mods will shut down the thread) - Italy is just fantastic, yeah, I'd live there without hesitation.

    i am just here because i had a taco and a burrito for the first time ever last night. Sadly, Mexican restaurants are far and few here in Asia.

    Those are not REAL tacos, i want burritos and tacos de carne asada with guacamole, or tacos de cabeza ;_;
