Small Changes

This year I am focusing on making a small change every week as I work toward weight loss. I am sick of throwing myself into something huge and giving up again and again but I am officially the biggest I have been in 16 years and need to do something about it.
And so! What is your favorite small change for weight loss?
As an example, so far this year I have added aerobics back in after a December break, focused on getting my water, and started tracking my food. Next week I think I'll start tracking my steps.

Once I started tracking my food and had that down, I started looking closer at macros and what negatively impacted me and what was a positive. For instance, I can't eat a lot of refined sugar or I will gain weight. Doesn't matter if I stay in my calorie range or not. That doesn't happen to everyone, but I figured it out by paying attention to what my weight was doing and foods I was eating.
I've added more whole foods and less processed, added yoga and weight training, and cut out all pop. I did these all slowly as baby steps. Feel better than I have in years!0
