Most of the "diet" teas are only considered "diet" because they have mild laxatives in them. Be sure to check the ingredients on every box before you buy it. Tea can be great for you, but there's nothing particularly magic about them.0

I tried a chinese diet tea once, and NO, it didnt work.....tasted awful too.......
Since then I drink green tea, mainly becasue I know its healthy; full of anitoxidents, and zero calories. Its also got caffeine which is said to boost metabolism, but I have no idea how that's measured as its probably minimal difference.
good luck :flowerforyou:0 -
I like to drink OOlong tea. It curbs my appetite, keeps me from being bloated. The taste is just a regular tea, no flavors.0
