It may take awhile for the scale to show what you have lost. A big indicator of weight loss, especially if you don't have a lot to lose is body measurements and seeing the change in your body composition. This is important to understand

The key to weight loss is to eat less calories then you burn during a normal day. I would check out some other sites rather then MFP for your calories you need to consume.

You have made an excellent step in cutting out the junk food. Stop buying the junk food for home. More fresh veggies/fruits, whole grains and protein.

You can add fruit like lemon to water to make it tastier or try different types of tea without any milk or sugar.

I have a coworker who cut out sugar and processed foods near the beginning of December and kept at it through the holidays and he has lost 10 lbs.

A lot of people have had success with weight lifting (there is tons you can do at home without needing equipment).

Good luck, keep tracking your food, eating a healthy diet and add some exercise. Plus keep track of your body, not just the weight. it also has only been 10 days, its recommended to lose 1-2 lbs per week. and 2 lbs a week is stretching it also women's weight fluctuates throughout the day and month.
