  • Welcome Tanya! I've been at it for a little over 4 weeks and love it. This is the longest I have ever ate healthy and exercised at the same time. I like the fact that I can exercise and log it - then I can eat more calories. For some reason in all my years of dieting I have never realized that (duh). This makes me want to exercise everyday so I can eat more if I want to. I Love it!! Good luck to you and add me as a friend if you want to.

    Welcome Tanya! I have been on here for almost two weeks now. I have the app on my cell phone which has really helped me to get rid of those excuses. I love it so far! Best of luck to you!
