USMC Vet getting back in shape

My name is josh i joined this back in march but never wrote a post. I am getting back in shape and looking to run a half marathon a day after my 36th birthday. 5 months away. I started at almost 300 lbs and down to 265 right now. My goal is to get to 200 lbs. Semper Fi brothers and sisters

You can do anything you set your mind to. When I started running I went from a few minutes to several miles in 5 months, maybe less; but I wasn't training for it so you have an advantage ;-)0

Semper fi, once I EASed I ballooned. Now I am 265 and looking to trim back down to 185. I'm looking to be an Air Force Nurse. Im here for ya brother0
