What to do with an Indecisive scale?

So my scale seriously has multiple personality disorder, step on for one second, tells you what your weight is, then step off and back on, Scale: "wait wait no, your actually this weight".. :frown: ......step off and back on....Scale: "WAIT sorry no, this is your ACTUAL weight. for sure..im serious...maybe"

So do i just have a bad temperamental scale or should i take an average of the weights it gives me? lol

It is obviously not working. Chuck it and get a decent one.

But, photograph yourself (entire body) and measure yourself right now, so you can compare these measurements for time in the future when your scale refuses to budge despite keeping within your calorie allotment and you are working your *kitten* off with exercise. That way you won't be so frustrated.

My mom's scale always takes some pounds off, it's great for self-esteem!
As long as you use the same (accurate) scale every time you weigh in, you're fine. And remember: clothes never lie!
