Hi there! I noticed as I searched the other day that someone is already inputting the menu items from emeals new low-calorie plan. THANK YOU to whomever you are! It has saved me time a few nights and if I can ever get to them before you, I'll try to do so.

How did you find it??!?! I searched a few different ways but can't!
I just entered one recipe (Chicken Leg Verde + Cilantro Lime Rice), and while I swapped out brown rice for white... I was 210 calories under what Emeals calculated. I don't mind just entering the quick count... and hey, if I can trick myself into thinking I am eating more when I am not.. great. However, since I am trying to track my sodium, fat, protein and carbs-- just to know what I am really consuming-- I would like it to be utilizing all the tools I have access to.
I wouldn't mind a 50-100 calorie variance from Emeals-- I know different brands have different calories... but 200 -- that's a low calorie dessert... or even a soda!0
