Hypothyroidism: armour success

So I just saw my endo and he switched my meds from 88 levothyroxine to a 60 mg tab of armour that apparently has the same dose of levo in it (cause my labs were normal just I wasn't feeling up to par) and then whatever amount of T3 it would have

I'm looking for success stories with switching from levothyroxine (or synthroid since it's the same thing really) to armour

What a coincidence! I am seeing my doctor tomorrow to see about switching my thyroid meds as well. Would love to hear how it's worked for others.

I just switched from Synthroid (T4) plus a compounded T3 to Armour. I'm on day 5 and I'm very hopeful! How are you doing on it? I hope you feel wonderful.

I know people who swear by it. I did not do well on synthetic drugs.

    Thanks!

synthroid kept my levels ok except for T3 so I was switched to AT 5? years ago and it now keeps everything level unless something (everything) goes out of whack. Which actually just happened with me, I turned hyper after treating unknown low vit D and chronic low iron (I had been going to the dr for years saying I feel like my thyroid is low again! but it never was and they didn't check the other stuff), so that's an interesting twist. I am now taking 25mg whereas I needed 80-90 when iron and vit D were low.

I have hypothyroidism and take 200 mg of synthroid and struggle to keep it level. What is Armour? I have never heard of that.
