Weight loss ticker

Can anyone help me with this? I am on a quilting forum and would like to add my ticker to my signature, can you tell me if this is possible and how to do this?

    Go back in to where you created the ticker (under Apps on MFP top menu bar), and click on "get code for ticker"

    Exactly!

    If for some reason it doesn't work, ask your quilting forum how to post images then adjust as needed (sometimes the tags look a little different depending on the technical hoo-haa behind the scenes)
