Need more sodium? Read.

Ok guys I figured my sodium dilemma no joke. I've been lacking sodium however I didn't want to go a unhealthy route.. I'm okay with protein and carbs so I didn't wNt to go beacon approach.

Literally eat whole wheat Cheerios. 2 cups of that is like 280mg.

I like Cheerios and they give.
You guys have a great sodium choices? But stays healthy? :)
