I need some motivation
I have tried to be healthy on and off for a while now and I always start srong, but give up easily. I gained 30 pounds in a short period of time and it had greatly effected my arthritis and scoliosis. I need to loose that 30 pounds and be back to a healthy weight again. I went grocery shopping and tried to get health food, but I dont like any veggies so its hard. any alternative healthy food ideas? I also just bought the 30 day shred video and im waiting for it to arrive so I can start that. I also try to go on walks every other day and I am getting a gym pass next Thursday. I need people that will help keep me on track and guide me to success so I dont quite this time around.
