Day 3 and I am still here!

I am not very good at keeping up with logging my food and exercise online but I decided to make my fitness pal my home page at work. Everytime I log in to the internet, I see the web site and I am reminded to log my information. I work on the computer all day long so I don't do it afterwork but as soon as I get in every morning, I log in and am reminded right off the bat to log last nights stuff! Just thought I would share this with y'all! Keep up the good work!
