I am not a sufferer but my husband is. Make sure you are well hydrated and have a look at these common triggers and see if they are apart of your everyday habits.

So sorry to hear you are suffering. I do not suffer from chronic headaches. In the past I have had migraines and recently I had a series of headaches that turned out to be a very serious condition. If you haven't already seen a "good" Neurologist it is important to find one so they can determine what kinds of headaches you are getting and to rule out serious health issues. It is important you find a neurologist you can trust. If relief for your condition is not possible you should pursue counseling for people dealing with chronic headaches.

I suffered from migraines for years. I cut out all soda from my diet about 2 years ago. (Just because I wanted to make the switch to water). Guess who hasn't had a migraine in 2 years?

You should really have an MRI I'm surprised doctors haven't ordered one.

    Second this!

As far as anything you can take OTC, have you tried taking trace minerals - magnesium & potassium in particular? This was recommended to me when I was pregnant with my son and having daily migraines in the first trimester when it's widely accepted that you can't take any pain killers; I started taking a trace minerals tablet (ConcenTrace brand) and the headaches subsided considerably - not 100% gone 100% of the time, but MUCH MUCH more manageable and much less frequent. I've taken 1 serving of them (3 tablets) nightly, off and on, ever since; recently I had been off them due to cost but reintroduced them to combat muscle twitches, cramps and spasms. And the frequent headaches that I'd been also experiencing, went away again. Gee.
