I took this class at my gym last week, not realizing how much of an *kitten* kicking (literally) this was going to be. It was the toughest class I've taken to date, and harder than the workout routine the fitness trainer on the floor upstairs had given me. And I LOVED it. Although I had to modify certain moves (knee injury) and do not currently have the strength/endurance to complete every set with the weights involved, I really enjoyed the challenge and how I felt by the end of the hour. However... I've been simultaneously looking forward to AND dreading this all week, now that I know what's involved!

Anyone else tried this? If so, what did/do you think?

    Ahhh, I guess no one has taken a class like this :) Interesting thing, it was different than last week- actually, this class was more what I thought it would be like... and now I'm not sure which workout I liked better! It's definitely a keeper though.

    I occasionally will take a barre class and it is an amazing workout. :)

    Yeah it is! Tbh, if I'd known how difficult it would be, I probably would have psyched myself out. It's intense, but I think that challenge is what I really enjoy about it.
