Hi there
I have been working out my post Xmas belly in preparation for my July wedding and have been losing weight and gyming it all very comfortably.
However I have changed my diet to help with my weight loss and gym and I am struggling with hitting my 1500 net calorie goal per day - mainly because I am enjoying the gym a lot and burning calories everyday.
I'm also getting fatigue in my legs and arms so I had thought about using protein shakes purely to help repair rather than to bulk. I've used them before but being an ex drummer as soon as I even look at a shake my arms explode in size!!!
Are there any good products out there anyone can recommend that can offer a 200 calorie hit but that are not full of sugar and are designed to repair rather than bulk?
Cheers
