Ready for my second round of muscle gain and weight loss

New here, but not new to the journey of weight loss and health. In March of 2012, I decided I was tired of too tight jeans and getting winded when I went up my stairs. I cut sugar, reduced carbs, lean meats and lots of homemade juice. I was lifting three to five days a week along with a combination of MMA classes and boxing. Fast forward to May 2013, I lost 45lbs. I however, hit a brick wall when I went through a divorce.

I've gained ten pounds back, and now I have inches to lose and I'm ready to have a six pack again. My partner and I are discussing children in about a year, and I would love to be in the best health I have ever been when that happens. The circuit trainer is all set and ready to go in my house and I'm ready to go! :)

I work in clinical research in Cincinnati, OH and spend most of my time gaming, watching movies or cleaning. I would love to make some friends here to create a healthy support network as I get back into the groove. With that said, hi MyFitnessPal people!
