Breast Reduction with Lipo on the Lateral Breast Roll

I had a reduction 10 years ago well they did lipo in the breast roll area, because insurance paid for it, but I would like to get it done now. I feel wide with that extra fat. I have probably 1/2 inch on each side that could come off. It is very hard for me to lose I can tone it up, but it is still there. I went from DD or higher to 38B, but when I wear a sports bra I feel like I have tube around my chest. Has anyone had this done along with the reduction? If I sit down I can grab more but standing, most people say they don't see it, but I do. No matter how much I tone it won't go away.
