London student; Goal: lose last 10 pounds

Hello there,

My name is Sofia and I am a 21 yr old girl studying in London (any londoners feel free to add me)

I have always, as long as I can recall, been struggling with those extra 10-15 pounds. With clothes on I look OK but it's just skinny fat and looks terrible in a swimsuit. I tried many diets across the years and nothing really worked.

Now I'm trying to eat healthier for a change and make these changes long term. Also I started doing the 30 day squat, arms and abs challenge. I realise in the past I was obsessed with cardio but especially for what I want I think more strength training is a better choice.

These last 10 pounds might not sound like much but they have been a cause of anguish and frustration my whole life!

Hopefully I will finally get rid of them and also become stronger in the process.
