Good morning! I'm Cinthia. My goal is to become fit in 2014. So far, so good! I've got about 50 lbs to lose, but I'm trying to stay optimistic about it. I'm a stay at home mom of one, photographer, and a bit of a writer.

My name is Bob and I have been on here for a while. I can tell you, this does work. Slow and steady... and be honest with your logging, things go pretty well.
I have a computer-based job, so I sit almost all the time I am working - not good... Fortunatley, I work from home and can exercise between meetings and sometimes during. :-)
I eat BADLY and TOO MUCH, so my exercise generally seems a little excessive. I'll send you a friend request, if you'd like some encouragement. I've had few friends on here (for lack of looking) and I think maybe having more folks looking over my shoulder might help!0
