Good morning!
I've just opened my diary up - maybe you can take a look? I'm just looking for a little confirmation that everything looks good and I should continue the same (I AM losing after-all) or if you have any ideas or suggestions to help me optimize my effort.
I am 34 5'7 182.5 lbs - very active but sit at a desk job all day (on a yoga ball of course!)
All positive feedback is welcome!! Add me as a friend and we can support eachother

I think it looks pretty good. The only thing I would add is maybe getting a bit more protein and fats. Treat the numbers as minimum. Also, if you haven't already these are good reads:
