Help? Am I doing okay?

Good morning!

I've just opened my diary up - maybe you can take a look? I'm just looking for a little confirmation that everything looks good and I should continue the same (I AM losing after-all) or if you have any ideas or suggestions to help me optimize my effort.

I am 34 5'7 182.5 lbs - very active but sit at a desk job all day (on a yoga ball of course!)
