Hi there,
Not sure where to post this!
I have got a Garmin Forerunner 210 which I used a lot whilst running for distance pace etc. I was wondering if any one knows if using the watch and the HRM strap will be accurate (ish) for calculating calories for other workout such as outdoor cycling or workout DVDs?
Many thanks!!

I have this same model. Yes, it is very accurate for other activities that are steady state cardio. Have you signed up to the Garmin Connect website? It is so much fun being able to look at your graphs and analyze your data:)0

Thanks for your reply! No I've not been on the site, but I'll check it out! Have you had any experience using it with interval type workouts? Eg- insanity or t25?
Thanks again!0 -
I have a 110 with the chest strap heart rate monitor. I used it for Insanity and other work outs as just a HRM. I took my heart rate and did out the long math to estimate calories burned and it came out pretty close. I feel it's trustworthy.0
