Another "roadmap" TDEE question...

I understand the concept, and mine TDEE is around 2500. I set my MFP for 1700, since that seems a reasonable amount for me. It's a little more than -20%, but I'm not starving or anything.
My question is, since the "roadmap" way of doing things is already counting exercise calories, what happens on days I don't exercise? Do I need to reduce cals on those days, or is the 1700 still ok? I workout 3-5 times a week, depending on work schedules and such.
