In the past, I've put some pretty aggressive rules on what I should be doing for workouts, and I ended up exhausted, in pain, and then I quit. This time around I committed to nothing more than "gentle" exercise for the first month so I can ease in, build up some strength and flexibility, and not get too discouraged. I'll reevaluate after a month and figure out how to build on that plan.

Yes, lift sooner rather than later. That is my biggest regret.

If you're hungry just eat, don't wait until your predetermined meal or until you feel shaky, you aren't doing yourself any favors. A couple hundred extra calories at the end of the day is not worth feeling like crap and inevitably giving up.

    God I wish hahahah

A few things I would of told myself back in the day:

    1) Nutrition is Key!!! If you're nutrition (I hate the word diet) is not in check with your goals and lifestyle, good luck!
    2) Proper form, no half reps!!
    3) Rest (you need it)
    4) Compound Exercises (live em, love em, learn em)
    5) Abs (Are made in the kitchen)
