Hello, everyone!

I am new to MFP. My friend just introduced it to me a few days ago.

My goal is to lose the weight I've gained, to keep the weight off, and to just be healthy.

    Welcome, I'm new too. But so far this has been the motivation I need to keep trying to eat healthy and fit exercise into each day, even if it's just a 15 minute walk. When I see that I only have 307 calories left for dinner, I take a walk and voila! I have 367 left :) This is my 4th day but I'm in it for the long haul. Take care of yourself, it will feel good.

    Hi ~ And Welcome aboard. I'm new also. So glad my friend told me about this website. MFP is Great. Nice to have the support, and it's inspiring, and motivational. It's all about us wanting to stay Healthy & Fit. I think if we have the Determination, and are willing to work hard with calorie intake, low fat diet, and EXERCISE, theres no doubt we will succeed. And most of all feel Good about ourselves. Good Luck ! Mari
