50 pound journey

Hi all, I am 6'4 and 270 lbs, I am trying to get to 220 as that is when I was in the best shape when I was younger. I am now 41 and have always gained weight, never lost any. I am starting to count the calories, exercise only a couple of times a week, but would like some suggestions that I can work into my very busy lifestyle to get this going in the right direction.
