The hard copy is so so so much better. I wasted money on the Kindle edition and ended up buying the real thing.0

Me, too! When I started the workouts, I put a summary page for each one in a notebook and then copied pages from the book of the exercises that were new to me so I could look at them while working out without carrying the whole book.0 -
