Finally Under BMI 30 - Going from Obese to Overweight!

Do you also hate these labels? My chart terms anyone with a BMI of 30 or above "Obese". At 6'0" now that I have lost from 218 to 213 I qualify as merely "Overweight". Hooray! (I'll be "Normal" when I reach 177.)

I hate those terms, too. The part that bothers me is that unless you go to someone who actually does the pinch test, BMI charts don't take into consideration bone structure or your muscle density.0
