Small success

I understand my goal was tiny compared to many people struggling with large amounts of weight to loose. But I made part 1 of my goal (it took 8 long months)!

Goal 1: Reduce my body fat to 18% by lifting heavier weights and working out with more intensity. I just had my body fat measured with the water method and calipers and came in 17.64%.

Interesting as I didn't loose that much weight.

Now on to goal 2. Refine my diet and exercise routine so I can reduce my cholesterol below 240 (which will be difficult as I am already a vegetarian).
