My fellow Haagen Dazs addicts: When do withdrawl symptoms ki

When do the withdrawl symptoms kick-in?!!
After a 30-year LTR with Haagen-Dazs ice cream, I put down the pint & spoon today. And even though H-D and I will be reunited in 12 weeks, I am still feeling anxious about the separation. I am sure other H-D addicts can relate. So, if you've been through this "cold turkey" process, please share your survival tips. Help ASAP. I can't enjoy watching "Project Runway" with just carrot sticks!!

    I love HG and any ice cream really. For the purposes of weight lossI think I've replaced it with Fab Ice lollies at 90 cals per lolly. Not sure if that's just a UK brand, sorry. But its cold and sweet and makes me smile :love:

    But the point is, perhaps replace with a low calorie alternative that you can easily count into your calorie allowance?
